Love at the Plaza: A Public Celebration of Queer Faith 
Friday, January 16th from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

The Ecumenical Queer Union for Action and Love (EQUAL) will host Love at the Plaza, a joyful public gathering celebrating LGBTQ+ faith across the street from the City Club (1340 Euclid Ave). This is a counter-event to a City Club forum that will feature an organization the Southern Poverty Law Center has designated a hate group for its anti-LGBTQ+ rhetoric. Love at the Plaza will offer a different perspective: personal testimonies of queer faith, music, affirming theology, communion (all are welcome), and opportunities for connection and care. Free and open to the public—come as you are and stand in joyful witness that all people are fully beloved by God!
